Know Your Worth. Prove Your Value.

Independent, defensible business and asset valuation for the UAE market.

Kenekt provides independent, IVS-compliant business and asset valuation services in Dubai for M&A transactions, UAE corporate tax compliance, shareholder disputes, and financial reporting. Our valuations are built on real GCC transaction data and delivered in a format defensible before auditors, DIFC courts, institutional buyers, and the UAE Federal Tax Authority.

How We Value Your Business

We apply a weighted approach tailored to your industry and the specific economic pulse of the UAE:

  • Income Approach (DCF): Projecting future cash flows—essential for high-growth tech and service firms.
  • Market Approach: Benchmarking against comparable public companies and precedent transactions in the GCC.
  • Asset-Based Approach: Calculating the fair market value of tangible assets.

Tangible & Intangible Asset Valuation

A business is the sum of its parts. Beyond enterprise value, we provide specific valuation for:

  • Intangible Assets: Brand equity, Intellectual Property (IP), customer lists, and software.
  • Tangible Assets: Real estate holdings, machinery, and inventory (Audited & Verified).

Our Valuation Roadmap

We don't guess. We engineer a defensible value through a 4-stage rigor:

  • Discovery & Data Hygiene: We don't just take your Excel sheets; we audit them. We strip out personal expenses and normalize the P&L to show true earnings power.
  • Market Calibration: We pull real-time data from GCC transaction databases to benchmark your multiples against actual recent deals, not theoretical global averages.
  • Modeling & Stress-Testing: We build three scenarios (Base, Bull, Bear). We test how sensitive your value is to changes in margins or growth, giving you a range, not just a number.
  • The Defense Report:You receive a comprehensive IVS-compliant report designed to withstand scrutiny from auditors, courts, or aggressive buyers.

Yes. Our reports are prepared in accordance with the International Valuation Standard (IVS) issued by the IVSC — the recognized standard accepted by the UAE Securities and Commodities Authority (SCA), DIFC courts, and institutional lenders operating in the UAE market.

Under the UAE Corporate Tax law, related-party transactions must be priced at arm's length using OECD Transfer Pricing Guidelines. For asset and business valuations supporting CT filings, the FTA expects methodologies consistent with IVS — specifically the Income Approach (DCF), Market Approach (comparable transactions/companies), and Asset-Based Approach. The valuation report must document the methodology, assumptions, and comparable data used.

Yes. We provide specific valuations for brand equity, customer lists, software and technology IP, franchise rights, and non-compete agreements — particularly relevant for M&A transactions requiring Purchase Price Allocation (PPA) under IFRS 3.
